QUARTERLY BLACK BELT WORKOUTS!!!
Hey everyone, we are getting the dates setup for our quarterly workouts for 2013! Are you ready? Looks like we will be working out at Mr. Mbow's school in Middleton, WI in January, April, July and Oct AND are looking to setiup quarterly workouts in Midwest Academy in Elgin, IL in February, May, August and November, what a ROCKING Year 2013 is going to be!

Annual MMAL Camp
Wow, was that a fun camp or what! We had Master climbing out of the walls, we had Juijitsu, Kumdo, Judo, Weapons, Breaking and tons of other great sessions. Master Valin would like to thank EVERYONE that worked so hard to make this happend and everyone that participated! Wait until you see what we have planned for 2013!!!!

Midwest Martial Arts League membership is open to practitioners of the Chang-Hon style of TaeKwon-Do. The MMAL is established as a
non-political networking organization to fulfill the needs of the membership
through a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect.
There are two membership options within the MMAL:
